How is pricing structured?
Managed services are billed monthly per user or per device, project work is fixed-fee or time-and-materials, and consulting is retainer-based. Every quote is transparent and itemized.
What is your typical response time?
Priority 1 incidents: 15 minutes. Priority 2: 1 hour. Priority 3: 4 business hours. All commitments are backed by written SLAs.

Which industries do you serve?
Healthcare, legal, manufacturing, construction, financial services, retail, hospitality, education, logistics, non-profits, professional services, government contractors, and both SMB and enterprise organizations.

Yes, we operate a documented compliance program aligned with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-171, CMMC, and SOC 2 control objectives.
